How much is rent at The Woods at Camp Creek?
Two-bedroom apartments start at $1,071 a month and three-bedroom apartments at $1,444. Prices change with availability, so the available homes page always has today’s rent.
What floor plans do you have?
Two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath homes of 875 to 1,115 sq. ft. and three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath homes of 1,250 sq. ft.
How do I apply?
Pick an open home on the available homes page and select Apply Now. The application is online. The application fee is $75, and there is a $200 administrative fee due at move-in.
What deposit do I need?
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
Do you accept pets?
Yes: cats and small to medium dogs. There is a $350 one-time pet fee and $35 a month. Restricted breeds: American Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, any mix of these breeds, or any dog deemed aggressive. Assistance animals are not pets and are welcome under fair housing law.
Can I tour before I apply?
Yes. Request a tour with the day and time that suit you and the leasing team will confirm by phone or text. You can also call or text (404) 765-4926. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Are water, trash and pest control included?
Yes. Water, trash and pest control are included in the rent.
Do the homes have washer and dryer connections?
Yes. Every home has washer and dryer connections, and there is also a laundry facility on site. Homes have walk-in closets and a dishwasher.
What amenities are there?
A playground, on-site laundry, and on-site management and maintenance. Renovated homes have granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and public transportation is nearby.
How far is the airport?
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is about 3.8 miles away, the College Park MARTA station is 2.6 miles, and downtown Atlanta is about 9 miles northeast.
How do current residents pay rent or request maintenance?
Through the online resident portal, where you can pay rent, set up autopay and submit maintenance requests.
